GENERAL COMPANY INFORMATION
We are a medium sized company with offices in Plymouth; we offer experience, expertise and competitive rates for plumbing and mechanical installations including a design element for domestic housing developments, social housing regeneration and mechanical works in schools, commercial premises and churches as both sub-contractor and principal contractor.

OUR AIM
We are striving for excellence in our own specialised field and to implement an approach to minimise injuries and hazardous occurrences whilst working on construction projects.

HEALTH & SAFETY
We operate an externally audited documented health and safety management system and we are able to provide Risk Assessments, Method Statements and COSHH assessments and comply with all current requirements within the CDM regulations.

LABOUR FORCE
All our operatives are fully trained, holding relevant certification ISOH & CSCS for health and safety and CORGI, OFTEC & WRAS for approved operative schemes and are employed direct with the company. Each operative undergoes a health and safety induction, is provided with all necessary PPE and regularly undertakes health and safety training.

IT SYSTEMS
We operate software packages for accounts, estimating and design drawings.

GEOGRAPHICAL COVERAGE
We regularly work in all Plymouth postcode areas and for larger contracts will undertake work in Exeter and Truro postcode areas.

ENVIRONMENTAL
We operate an environment management system, we have identified the significant environmental aspects of our activities and we have arrangements for safe and controlled disposal of waste occurring from our works.

QUALITY SYSTEMS
We have a fully implemented Quality Management System to ISO9002 as our continuing commitment of Quality Assurance to our customers.

INSURANCE
We have a limit of indemnity for any one accident of £10,000,000 employer liability, £5,000,000 public liability and £150,000 for any one contract
